Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Honours) or higher.
Must have strong technical knowledge (Min 5 years) in Cloud servers and networking environment and have a proven ability to manage and lead a technical team.
Working with members of the Support Team and other departments to ensure that customers receive a prompt efficient service.
4+ years' experience as a Scrum Master.
Bachelor's Degree in related field or combination of relevant skills and education
Working with the QA team in managing the system test cycle and working to fix bugs and other issues.
2+ years' experience within a similar role.
Fluent English both verbal & written
