With a sporting background and competitive nature, I felt recruitment was the right step for me. I worked abroad in Austin, Texas for a year where I had my first taste of recruitment working as an IT recruitment consultant. On my return to Ireland I was excited to join Solas IT and help set up their office in Athlone, my hometown. I enjoy the relationship building aspects with both clients and candidates and taking the time to fully understand what you are looking for in your next move. In my spare time I play golf (badly) and GAA with my club, Garrycastle.
