Coming from a background in the Retail Industry where I was managing a number of outlets and staff I was told my personality and experience would really suit the Recruitment industry. I decided to give it a go and to be honest I have not looked back since. I feel it is so important from the first phone call to build trust and rapport with both candidates and clients alike , to really take time to understand a clients needs and a candidates career motivations and ambitions. In my spare time I run “a lot” Dublin 17 will be my 7 th marathon and 2hrs.50 is my best time I am the Forrest Gump of the office. I have 2 young kids which is the reason I started running in the first place…..
