Senior Marketing Executive

Location: Ireland

Reports to: CEO / COO

Job Type: Daily Rate Contract. Initial 12 Months with probable, multiple extensions.

My client fast-growing company offering innovative solutions that drive success in an evolving market. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to take charge of our marketing function, leveraging their skills in CRM management, campaign execution, and stakeholder collaboration. This role is perfect for someone eager to lead marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, content, social media) to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with sales strategies and objectives.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results and ROI.

CRM Management:

  • Lead the management and optimization of marketing CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot to nurture leads, segment audiences, and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integration, and automation across platforms.
  • Develop and implement lead generation and lead nurturing strategies using CRM insights.

Partnership with Tech Platforms:

  • Manage relationships with external tech partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration of tools and platforms into the marketing tech stack.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement new marketing solutions.

Event Management:

  • Organize and oversee marketing-driven events (e.g., trade shows, webinars, product launches) to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Content and Digital Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and targeted marketing content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) to support campaigns.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the point of contact between the marketing department and other internal departments (sales, product, customer service).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including industry partners, media, and agencies.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and lead conversion metrics to senior management.
  • Use insights from analytics to refine strategies and demonstrate the value of marketing efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-6+ years of experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on driving sales through CRM-driven campaigns.
  • Industry Expertise: Previous experience in the construction, engineering, or related industries is essential.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, SEO/SEM platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and other relevant technologies.
  • Event Experience: Hands-on experience organizing and executing industry events, both online and offline.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup or SME environment where adaptability and a self-starter mindset are critical.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of driving results through data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
