Senior UX Designer

Solas IT Recruitment  Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to help build the next generation of SaaS enterprise software. You should have a passion for clean, user-friendly design and delivering high-quality products. As part of our team, you will be self-driven, accountable, and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX design across a variety of projects, from research to delivery
  • Develop a long-term UX vision and implement it iteratively
  • Simplify complex problems into intuitive designs
  • Be customer-focused, collaborative, and inclusive
  • Design with an understanding of code limitations
  • Create everything from rough sketches to polished visual designs and interactive prototypes
  • Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders on design and development

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or similar roles
  • Proven track record of improving enterprise products through multiple releases
  • Degree or equivalent experience in UX, Interaction Design, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of interaction design principles and tools like Figma, Balsamiq
  • Experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) experience is a plus
  • IT industry background is preferred
