Senior Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master

As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll oversee multiple projects within a scrum model, ensuring successful engineering work across my client’s portfolio. You’ll utilise technology, design, and cloud infrastructure to create execution plans for key features. Your role will be essential in delivering technical solutions to customer challenges.

About you:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Experience in developing cloud-native software products at scale
  • Deep understanding of platform capabilities and underlying technologies
  • Proven expertise in problem-solving, work organisation, sprint planning, and agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Track record of data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ability to engage in strategic delivery discussions with various teams
  • Effective communication skills with executives, peers, and staff
  • Proven experience in building relationships and collaborating with dependent teams
  • Preferred expertise in Payments, IaaS, PaaS, serverless technology, CI/CD, NoSQL databases, microservices APIs, and DevOps-oriented distributed systems operations
  • Previous technical program delivery experience including developing and testing software
