PHP Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to develop software, maintain systems, and ensure IT stability. This role involves leading development efforts, supporting critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain applications using PHP.
  • Develop RESTful APIs for seamless integrations.
  • Implement front-end solutions with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver new features.
  • Ensure high-quality code through reviews and best practices (SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design).
  • System Support
  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing systems.
  • Manage and optimize MySQL databases.
  • Document system architectures and workflows for continuity.
  • Support critical systems like EDI processes.
  • Leadership
  • Guide developers to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
  • Mentor team members to promote technical growth.
  • Step in for the IT Manager when needed.

 

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of PHP development experience (full-stack).
  • Expertise in PHP frameworks like Slim, Symfony, or Laravel.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and MySQL database design.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to multitask effectively.
