QA Manager – Dundalk
As the QA Manager, you will oversee all QA activities to ensure our software products meet the highest standards in terms of quality, reliability, and performance. You will manage a team of 10 QA Engineers, fostering a productive and collaborative environment, and implementing best practices. The role involves close collaboration with development, product, and support teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team, handling daily workload management, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating skill development.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Coordinate with development teams for timely identification and resolution of software defects.
- Oversee the design, planning, and execution of both manual and automated testing to ensure thorough test coverage for all releases.
- Enhance and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to optimize testing processes and reduce manual efforts.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand business requirements, technical specifications, and end-user scenarios.
- Ensure clear communication between QA, development, and support teams to facilitate smooth product delivery and effective issue resolution.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years experience as a QA Lead or QA Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- ISTQB Advanced certification or equivalent.
