Patricia Lynch

Patricia started her career in IT recruitment over 10 years ago as a resourcer for IT alliance. There she worked on the HP managed Service account, resourcing across a number of large clients like Intel, Microsoft and Vodafone. Patricia then moved to Elan IT for 4 years holding roles from a recruitment consultant, Major accounts team lead, to a Service Delivery Team Lead. She recruited and account managed for clients such as Intel, ESB and BT. Patricia now works in Mayo remotely for Solas in contractor care where she is responsible for all things contracting -  contractor on-boarding, contract generation, contractor retention, monthly timesheets and invoicing, Patricia also helps with internal recruitment, new business tenders and account management. She holds a BA in Accountancy and Human Resource Management. Patricia has two boys, Jack (9) & Adam (5) and in her spare time she loves to go to Pilates, watch reality TV and socialise with friends.
